Dear residents, families and friends,

Thank you for your support and understanding during this pandemic.
It has been wonderful to receive so many kind words of thanks.

My staff and your loved ones are very important to us, so please do your part and help us.
As advised by the New Zealand Government, we are now in full lockdown with Level 4 travel restrictions from tonight.

We ask that you please isolate at home and DO NOT come to the facility unless we contact you and advise you to come.

From today, we will only accept essential business supplies from approved suppliers.

Therefore, in everyone’s best interests we will no longer accept deliveries of food or other personal items.
If you are concerned, please give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to meet your requests where possible.

Remember, we do have video calling available for you to talk to your loved ones. Please make use of this free service by:

Ringing the facility to obtain a time slot between 9.30am and 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) and provide your contact details and preferred contact method.
30 minute time slots will be available
Activities staff will make the call to you at the allocated time
Calls will be limited to 15 minutes

We must keep everyone safe and the best way you can help us is to stay at home.
Please be kind, stay home and keep washing your hands, we can beat this.
