Welcome to The Manor by Ambridge Rose, a warm, comfortable and inviting rest care facility in East Auckland.
Our facility is certified by the Ministry of Health and located in Pakuranga overlooking Tāmaki Estuary, offering relaxing, modern and well-appointed rooms.
We offer a range of single rooms, including some with stunning estuary views, balconies, ensuites, and other amenities.

Our rest home residents can live according to their lifestyle and individual needs, choosing to socialise in our shared areas, or taking quality time in their own rooms.
We offer a wide and diverse range of engaging, fun and relaxing activities for our residents daily, including regular local outings, visits from school and church groups, local musicians, arts and crafts, and group sing-alongs to name a few.
We encourage residents to participate in our daily activities, however participation is entirely your choice, and we respect everyone’s right to privacy.

We are fully equipped to cater to a range of dietary requirements with our nutritionist-approved meals delivered to residents. You can choose to eat privately, or in our shared dining spaces.
Our team keep our menus fresh and interesting with seasonal changes, nostalgic favourites and the occasional treat – you’ll find there’s something to enjoy every day.

At The Manor, our rest home care in East Auckland features a dedicated healthcare team, a compassionate and skilled group of health professionals dedicated to delivering personalised rest home care in a warm and welcoming manner where our residents feel safe and cared-for.
We believe everyone should be treated as family, and we like to think of our residents as members of our extended Ambridge Rose family.
We are experienced in assisting residents with more complex needs, such a diabetes, stroke rehabilitation or palliative care, with tailored care plans to meet individual requirements.

A registered nurse is on duty 24/7 at The Manor rest home to provide round-the-clock care and support. An on-call doctor is also available for any regular GP appointment or urgent visits.
The Manor rest home also caters for those with increasing needs, delivering private hospital level care. For those that require further treatment, clinical services are available to meet their needs.
