Dear residents, families and friends,
Welcome to level 1 New Zealand, and our new norm for a while.
While this is a great relief for many business who can now return to normal, we must remain vigilant for our at risk population.
Our staff have done an amazing job looking after your loved ones and themselves during very difficult and uncertain times, and Linda and I thank them for all they have done.
Today we will start returning back to normal but with a few requirements as follows:
- Visiting hours are back to normal with access to all areas.
- All visitors must still complete the contact tracing log upon entry and sign to confirm they are well and will follow our Infection prevention and control procedures.
- Please continue to use hand sanitiser upon entry and as required. This is available throughout the facility.
- Temperature checks, gloves and masks are no longer required to be worn. We do however reserve the right to do random temperature checks.
- Please do not visit if you are unwell or have any cold or flu like symptoms.
I would like to thank you all for your understanding and patience.
We all look forward to welcoming you back into Ambridge Rose homes, soon.
