Every resident is different and will access care depending on their individual needs. If an elderly person feels they need more support, they or their family should speak to their Doctor/GP to discuss their personal situation. The Doctor may request a needs assessment.

To protect the health of our residents, we do ask family or friends visiting to stay home if they’re feeling unwell or exhibiting signs of illness.
